It aims to give the reader a better understanding of the issues with the Fast fashion-industry and it´s capitalistic system, that exploits both humans and earth. It provides the readers with useful tools to evaluate and question their own consumption patterns. 

Now, changing the fashion industry does not lie on the shoulders of any single consumer, it is a change that requires a major shift in the very fundamental systems of our society BUT taking a "think global, act local" approach activism and starting with rethinking your own viewpoint is a great place to start.
